Garden plant name quiz

This is a short quiz all about the meaning of some of the most common latin names found on plants.   It is based on a talk I give to garden clubs and is just a bit of fun.   When I worked at the garden centre "why do we use latin plant names?" was a question many customers asked.   The simple answer is that latin plant names are used worldwide and are specific to one species and one species only - so it doesn't matter where you live in the World if you ask for a "Spirea arguta" in Spain and then in Japan it would be the same plant.
